Getting started with DCN

One path per role, from your first sign-in to your first intro. Then the videos show the rest.

How you join

Brands and partners join DCN by agreement, starting with a pilot. Your company admin adds you, or sends you a sign-in link.

How it works

Every role has a short checklist in DCN. Each step is a cell: it fills in when you do it, many tick themselves, and the last one is your first intro. Ask a question on any step: Vaz answers right away, and what is still open is kept for your 1:1.

Brand admin or Brand Partner Manager

Set up your company and bring in your accounts

Bring in your accounts and your Account Executives, then watch the first intro arrive.

    Accept the Preview terms

One click-through the first time you sign in.

Where: First sign-in Read the terms →

  2. 2

    Bring in your accounts

Upload a CSV or spreadsheet in any layout: File Doctor reads the first rows and suggests the columns. Include each account's owner, so every account has its Brand Account Executive.

Or connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 instead.

Where: Settings → Data Upload accounts →

  3. 3

    Bring in your team

Upload the roster: your Account Executives, their teams and who reports to whom. Then give each partner manager their team.

Where: Settings → Data, then Planning Upload the roster →

  4. 4

    Turn on your Account Executives

Each Brand Account Executive gets an email with a sign-in link. Their login is linked to their place on the roster.

Where: Account Executive Team Open the team →

  5. 5

    Invite your other managers

Invite the other partner managers and admins by email.

Partner admin or Partner Alliance Manager

Every account needs its Partner Account Executive. Mark the customers that must never be disclosed: they never reach a brand.

Your focus, your methodology and your partner preferences. Partners see what you need, not your name.

Partner Currency is what a partner brings: experts, industry wins, history at the account.

Where: Today → Partners on my accounts Open Today →

  4. 4

Pick an account and a partner

Read the trust score and its "why": it is earned from evidence, never self-reported. Asking a colleague about the partner is optional.

  5. 5

    Send your first intro

Reach out: the deal stage, the qualification, what you need and what you give. It goes straight to the Partner Account Executive; both managers are told.
